Build a strong foundation in one of the most important skills in appliance and refrigeration repair. Our Basic Sealed System Training is designed to provide technicians with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to safely and confidently perform sealed system service.

This comprehensive course begins with the fundamentals of the refrigeration cycle and progresses through the major sealed system components, refrigerant flow, heat transfer, recovery procedures, evacuation, charging techniques, leak detection, brazing, and proper service practices. Students will gain a thorough understanding of how a sealed system operates, why each procedure is performed, and the correct methods used by professional service technicians.

Training combines focused classroom instruction with extensive hands-on laboratory exercises using live refrigeration equipment. Students will work with professional recovery machines, vacuum pumps, micron gauges, charging equipment, torches, and diagnostic instruments while performing real-world sealed system procedures in a controlled learning environment.
